i think this is a very good and fast customer service, i have 2 problems that being voice through this page and i am very appreciate of their immediate response.
here a some printscreen of my problem and after i post this problem to Celcom Customer Services, not even a minute i got a call from Celcom and they said that they are sending me the Setting now..
my problem solved just in 2 minutes, its very good since i dont have to go to Celcom Centre for a problem report. Happy Chinese New Year to all Celcom user and Celcom Staff all over the country.
